Cancellation Policy

Weather & Safety:
If the trip is cancelled by us due to weather conditions or safety reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund, regardless of tour type.

Shared / Ticketed Tours:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

Private Tours:
Private tour bookings must be cancelled at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund.
